It was my first time ever photographing a wedding over at Coalville Registry Office last summer - which now seems like a lifetime ago.

Georgia and Luke booked me to photograph their intimate wedding via a recommendation - which is always welcomed. The wedding was a more intimate affair with just close friends and family only with a much larger celebration come summer 2022 - how exciting to be having not one but two wedding celebrations.

There were no preps to do it was simply arrive at the ceremony venue, document the arrivals, the ceremony and family photos after that, then I was done. These two… the emotion was so sweet and to document such moments is always a pleasure. Up until that wedding, I had never seen so much confetti for a small gathering of people. It was amazing. Pretty sure for Georgia and Luke, they found bits of dried petals for quite some time later. Working a small wedding at a Registry office does sound easy but it’s actually quite challenging given that weekend dates are busy. So as one wedding finishes, another one begins. Yes the timings of photos is rather tight and limited to 20 or so minutes.

Just one last thing, I love Georgia’s bridal dress. She looked amazing in it! What a beautiful intimate wedding this was. Here’s the photo highlights taken from the day……
