Mythe Barn Wedding Photography - Leicestershire Wedding Photographer

If there is one wedding venue I really enjoy working at it is Mythe Barn, near Atherstone. I was working alongside the lovely Stuart John Photography as a second photographer. My day started off visiting the groom’s parent’s house to just simply document the groom preps and goings on there. The funniest thing to happen and you really had to be there to appreciate how funny it was, was a gift to one of the bridal party of a portaloo for his upcoming camping trip! There was a whole lot more to the story than the gift of a portaloo but I’ll leave that to your imagination but the gift was a huge surprise!

Once at the venue, I assisted Stuart with the latter stages of the bridal preps and details. The one thing I love about weddings at Mythe Barn is the lighting, the space and it’s adoring surroundings. The ceremony room is both well lit and spacious plus it has a great balcony for a different perspective on things which I used.

On the day I was only needed until after the speeches and was very well looked after. One guest at every table had to serve up a scrumptious roast dinner with all the trimmings plus carving the meat too. It really was a great atmosphere with plenty of laughter. As were the speeches and then I left!

Here’s my perspective of documenting a very special wedding at Mythe Barn! Oh and if you’re planning a wedding and looking for that special venue, I highly recommend Mythe Barn plus, if you’re looking for a Leicestershire based local wedding photographer, then Mythe Barn is very close to me within easy reach (14 miles). Keep following my blog though as the next one will be another Mythe Barn wedding!

Thanks Tracey x
