Fun Wedding at the Holiday Inn, Newport Pagnell. Milton Keynes

After photographing Su & Liam’s engagement shoot back in the early summer it was time for their wedding day. We’d had such fun at the engagement photoshoot, I knew the wedding would be a giggle and very laid back. So off Rob and I went a trip down the M1 to Milton Keynes. Rob was going to be photographing the groom prep while I was staying with the bride. As it happened as the saying goes, “it’s a small world…” Rob actually worked with Su when he lived in Milton Keynes! How’s that for odds that your second photographer for the day knew the bride?

It was all go for the girls in the suite but the boys were far more relaxed and had time to play Fifa on the Playstation before heading to the venue. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the girls do this… there is always so much to do. Hair and make up do take a while. I’m sure you gals will agree with that.

I don’t want to waffle on too much about this wedding but I can tell you and Su and Liam are such a fab couple, cool, down to earth and that Su made all the table decorations herself. A rock-chick in a big dress and she looked amazing. They wanted fun and a relaxed style of photography and that’s exactly what they got.
