Exciting Times - Destination Wedding Photography in France

I can’t tell you excited I am to be joining a superb supplier team in jetting off to France next year to help at one amazing wedding. It really is exciting. The only reason it is exciting as it’s my first destination wedding.

I will be flown out there to give my good friend/associate, Holly-Jo, a helping hand on the photography side doing what I do best, all documentary. So why I am telling you about this? Well, I guess the true answer is, I don’t really know, I just thought I’d share some positive and exciting news about Tracey M Photography.

I have always wanted to do a destination wedding be it Scotland, Ireland or somewhere in Europe. One day, it would be lovely to go to the likes of Mexico or Morocco to photograph beautiful weddings but France is simply perfect right now as I can speak a little French - well enough to see me through my visit in any case

So the message I received of the bride to be last night was that in her words, my work was stunning and she couldn’t wait to have me on board. That was so lovely.

So where is this wedding?

The celebrations will be taking place at the infamous Le Vieux Castillon a stunning hotel in the Avignon Provence. This place is gorgeous and I can’t wait to share beautiful wedding photos plus the chance to see the beautiful Lavender fields.

I do love visiting France but sadly haven’t been for 8 years. My last trip was back in February 2012 where I stayed in Paris for a few days before jetting off to Rome. So I thought I’d just share a few travel snaps from before I became a photographer and I’m pleased to say that my photography has developed over the years into the style I am proud to show today.
