Ringwood Hall Wedding - Wedding Photography Derbyshire
It’s raining outside which is such a shame as the ground was drying up nicely. Meant my wellies weren’t getting stuck in the mud for when I visit my horse Ollie, or take the dogs out for the daily walk.
So the world is crazy right now with so many lockdowns. I’m not out photographing, I had several weddings booked in but hey, things happen (I hope never again like this in my life time), and you just have to remain positive. The mindset is so important right now but I’m not here right now to blog about that!
So today’s wedding blog is one where I was once again working with George Krousti Photography as his second photographer. I do love working with George. His weddings are simply beautiful as are his wonderful clients! My day began with heading into Derby to meet with the groom and his groomsmen before heading to the venue. Groom preps underway and as you will see, it was so much fun as rehearsals were underway for the bridal party entrance! So much laughter and I really enjoyed documenting this as it would be one thing Blessy wouldn’t get to see - other than visually of course with my photos!
It was time to head over to the venue where the ceremony and party would be taking place. The weather was being a little unpredictable so the ceremony was changed to indoors instead. Honestly, Ringwood Hall near Chesterfield is one of the best venues for planning in an emergency, especially when there is more than one wedding taking place on the same day. Their professionalism is second to none and to work there as a wedding photographer is great, especially with eeping photographers informed at all times. Oh and food the food is great too! Wow check out the gorgeous wedding look carried off rather beautifully by Blessy, the bride and that dress just stunning - all that lace! Sidenote, check out dress two as well for the evening party!
It was such a lovely wedding, with such a lovely couple, so in love and excited about starting their new chapter in life as husband and wife. I was so happy to share the celebrations and be a part of their wedding day, documenting it through my eyes as the day unfolded. I really do love working as a second photographer as my work is very much documentary themed keeping things natural without interruption. So here is my story of this beautiful wedding day in Derbyshire at Ringwood Hall.
