Peckforton Castle Wedding - Cheshire Wedding Photography
It’s always lovely working alongside the very gorgeous Caroline White Photography. This wedding was no exception and my last time at Peckforton Castle for 2018 & 2019 in any case. I love big castles yes they’re dark but that lends to being atmospheric giving a whole new romantic feel to the whole wedding day! Just see for yourself!!
This wedding was a special one as after the main ceremony, there was a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony. Filled with so much emotion and that’s one thing I love about Chinese Weddings is the traditional customs and the practical jokes and pranks played on the groom by the bridesmaids/brides family. Then of course there is the dress change. Mia opted to change just the once for the evening dancing wearing two very beautiful dresses.
I loved the concept of filling a jar with different shades of sand just after the main ceremony. It was super cool to watch and enjoy the sand becoming one in a colourful union! As always when I’m working as a second photographer I am looking for many candid moments to document the day as I see it for the couple. So the images you will see are my perspective. I’m not there to pose and do couple shots, that’s not my job. I’m there to tell a story of things they don’t or won’t see at the time and the teeny details that get forgotten about in time! I love seconding and apply it to my own wedding photography making it all simply relaxed and amazing.
